PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS (optional): To show app cache/usage insights. If not granted, app manager features are limited.
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES (avoid if possible): Prefer not to request; if required, we use it only to list installed apps for App Manager.
INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: For Google Play Billing and updates.
BILLING: To process in-app purchases/subscriptions.
Degradation if denied: File Manager won’t list files without storage permission; App Manager may be limited without usage access; core dashboard still works.
